Men’s Health and Wellbeing Project
Fremantle Men's Shed & Fremantle Hospital Mental Health Services partnered to develop a 20 week program investigating if a Men’s Shed environment can support men with a diagnosed mental health condition gain a sense of connection with their community, combat isolation and move towards positive wellbeing outcomes.
A DVD (where participants share their Shed experience) and Report Booklet (includes 10 structured activities specifications and quantities), can be adapted to other Men’s Sheds who may have an interest in supporting individuals or marginalised groups towards inclusiveness.
